Quality
The CE mark ensures that products always comply with the requirements of the European Union. These requirements cover all parts of the work process, from the review of the new request received to the dispatch of the finished product from the plant.Continuous visual inspection of welding seams in the workshop is performed by an employee certified by the TÜV NORD Certification Centre.
Non-destructive testing of welds is carried out by the Elme TKS Test and measurement laboratory accredited by the Estonian Accreditation Centre (EVS-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standards). Options include visual examination, X-ray, ultrasound, luminescent defectoscopy and magnetic powder testing.
Welding
Our welding quality system is certified according to international standard EN ISO 3834-2:2006. Product quality assurance is based on the involvement of certified welders (EN 287-1) and welding coordination staff (EN ISO 14731: 2006) and the execution of the work in accordance with approved welding procedures (EN ISO 15614-1).Name of the standard
